**Special Cornhole Tournament During the Party - Tennis Players Bring Tough Competition to Pinehurst
North Carolina’s best adult tennis teams from around the state are packing their bags and heading for Pinehurst to compete in the 2009 North Carolina USTA League Adult State Championships. Play will begin bright and early on Thursday morning and continue until the last match is decided on Sunday afternoon. The matches will be played on fifteen local area sites, including the main site at the Pinehurst Resort.

Special rates are being extended for golf: $50.00 for the Classic Courses (Course No. 1, No. 3 & No. 5) and $150.00 for the Championship Courses other than Course No. 2 (Course No. 4, No. 6, No. 7 & No. 8).
